Vegetable rolls with beets or carrots
30 g yeast
3 glass wheat flour

2-3 carrot/3 beets
1 glass water
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sugar
? tsp. salt
Peel the beets, or carrots, wash, grind in a meat grinder.
Water heat, dissolve the yeast and sugar, then add the sifted flour and knead the dough.
Add twisted beets or carrots in the batter, mix well, embossing, for 1-2 hours to leave the dough in a warm place, then molded buns.
Put the rolls on a dry baking sheet, leave on for 20-25 minutes for proofing, then bake about 20 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.
Before serving vegetable rolls with beets or carrots are still hot grease with vegetable oil.
