Rinse and remove from drain pits, twist them in a meat grinder, add the peeled garlic cloves.
Season with salt and connect with plum mush adzhika and mix.
Arrange the plum sauce with garlic and adzhika on dry clean jars, cork kapron double lids and store in refrigerator.
