Ear with sweet pepper
400 g Hake
2 tomatoes
2 onions
2 average potato tuber
1 pod of red pepper
1 bunch of parsley
1 Art. l. vinegar
salt
Rinse and clean the fish, cut into medium-sized pieces.
Peel onions and potatoes, cut into quarters.
Rinse peppers, remove all unnecessary, cut in half lengthwise.
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, pour 3 liters of water, simmer over moderate heat until almost fully cooked, then add salt, put the fish, pour water, add vinegar, boil for 10 minutes, add the chopped tomatoes and herbs and mix.
Ear served with bell peppers hot.
