Salad with ham, artichokes and fettuccine
1 glass cut into strips of smoked ham

20 pcs. prepared small artichokes, cut into two or four parts, depending on the size

Extinguish ham, shallots and garlic in butter. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Add hot fettuccine and stir. Add the artichokes, remove from heat, cool, sprinkle with grated cheese and black olives.
