Yellow rice salad in the crown of pepper
Required Products:
100 g rice
200 g smoked pork
1 Art. l. butter
1 pcs. cucumbers
4 sweet pepper - pod
2 Art. l. vinegar
6 Art. l. soybean oil
salt
2 h. l. curry powder
chili powder - a pinch
2 Garlic - cloves
100 g black olives
1 parsley - beam
2 pcs. tomatoes
Crumbly boiled rice in plenty of salted pork vody.- cut into small cubes and fry in butter.
Cucumber cut into small cubes. Do pepper cut stalks, and the tip is cut in a zigzag pattern and removed. Cutting from pepper diced.
Vinegar mixed with soybean oil, add salt, curry and chili, and then chopped garlic.
