Salad "shalashika"
100 g cabbage
25 g pitted prunes
? carrots
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
? h. l. sugar
? h. l. lemon juice
Shred the cabbage into thin strips, carrots grate, connect, add half the butter, sprinkle with sugar, a little warm (until the juice), cool.
Soak prunes boiled in cold water, then rinse it and dry, cut into strips.
Add the prunes in a salad, sprinkle all with lemon juice, add the remaining oil and mix.
Put salad "shalashika" on a plate slide, decorate with herbs before serving.
