Salad "Seven Rainbows"

onion, meat, potatoes, beets, carrots, cabbage, green peas, mayonnaise

Salad laid out on a large platter in groups.

1st bunch - finely chopped onions

2nd - meat, cut into strips and fried in vegetable oil

3rd - potatoes, sliced into strips and fried

4th - grated on a coarse grater boiled beets

5th - grated on a coarse grater boiled carrots

6th - fresh cabbage, finely chopped and seasoned with salt and sugar

7th - canned green peas, laid out in the center.

Each pile separately pour mayonnaise and as such put on the table. And only when the guests sit down, toss the salad and arrange on plates.
