Mushroom salad with rice
What you need:
15 pcs. olives - 10
100 g rice
60 g vegetable oil
greens
pepper
salt
1 h. l. lemon juice
200 g marinated mushrooms
Marinated mushrooms washed, chopped and lightly Passer in part vegetable oil.
Purified from olives pitted and chopped.
Crumbly boiled rice in plenty of salted water. Water is drained. Figure cooled.
Combine rice, olives, mushrooms and chopped parsley.
Salad seasoned with vegetable oil, mixed with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
