Vegetable salad in olive oil
2 cucumber
2 carrots
1 tomato
100 g leaves green lettuce/cabbage
3 tbsp. olive oil
salt
Chop julienne cabbage/lettuce and carrots, salt and a little dent.
Slice tomatoes and cucumbers.
Combine prepared vegetables, pepper, salt, drizzle with olive oil and place in salad bowls.
