Vegetable salad garnish "Christmas balls"
350 g boiled potatoes
150 g sweet peppers of different colors
3 eggs boiled
3 tbsp. mayonnaise/sour cream
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

This salad can be served on new year's table as a separate appetizer or a side dish to meat dishes, it is inexpensive, simple, but very elegant.
Peel and RUB on a coarse grater potatoes and eggs, mix them, put the mayonnaise, mix well, adding some salt.
The peppers to prepare, remove seeds and stem, cut into small cubes, chop the dill, stir pepper and dill.
Wear gloves, molded balls of potato pulp, then these balls of bread into the pepper-dill mixture.
