Romanian salad with red cabbage
1.25 kg red cabbage
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
salt
Cabbage clean, remove stalks, disassemble head out to the leaves, wash them in cold water, cut thickening collapse leaves rolls, then cut into small pieces and rub with salt until soft, squeeze the resulting juice.
Put the cabbage in a salad bowl, add the vinegar and oil, mix well.
