Salad "rosy cheeks"

2.5 boiled beets

1 apple

0.5 tablespoon sugar

3 tablespoons sour cream

greens

salt

The cooled boiled beets cleaned, cut into small strips, sprinkle with salt, sugar. Mixed with apples, peeled, core and cut into strips.

Fill with salad cream, decorated with slices of apples, greens.
