Salad of fresh frozen hake and potatoes
For this recipe you will need:
400 g hake
350 g potato
150 g pickles
100 g carrot
greens - to taste
Fresh-frozen fish (hake instead can take cod or halibut) boil, remove the skin and bones and cut into small pieces.
Boil the potatoes and carrots in their skins, peel and finely chop. Cucumbers chop. All mix, mayonnaise. Ready to decorate the salad greens.
