Salad with rice, and fruit heart
600 g pork heart
50 ml red dry wine
30 ml vegetable oil
3 sprigs of parsley
2 garlic cloves
1 glass rice
1 banana
1 kiwi
1 orange
salt
Cut heart on mugs thickness not more than 2 cm, to remove the blood vessels, blood clots, film, rinse under running water, Pat dry, salt, fry in a pan on both sides for 5 minutes on high heat, then reduce the heat, pour in the wine, cover the pan with a lid, put heart about 7 minutes
Wash rice under running water until transparent water, pour in a pot of water over high heat, bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook about 12 minutes, stirring.
On a plate put a plastic heart, next put cooked rice, mugs orange, kiwi and banana.
Before serving, garnish the salad with rice, heart and fruit greens, if desired, pour the rice liquid left over from fighting heart.
