Cakes with quail eggs
What you need:
8 loaf - slices
250 g butter
400 g chicken liver
1 onions - head
4 Art. l. thick cream
16 pcs. boiled quail egg
2 pcs. oranges
4 pcs. olives, pitted
1 grated nutmeg - pinch
ground red pepper, salt to taste

Liver slices cut onions finely chopped, lightly fry in part of oil, add the liver and fry all together, cover, until tender.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cool and miss twice through a meat grinder. In a lot put 6 tablespoons oil, pour in the cream and whisk well.
Slices of loaf round notch cut circles, lightly fry in the remaining oil, cool.
Hepatic mass put in confectionery syringe with shaped nozzle and squeeze on the bread slices. Top with one egg, sprinkle with orange zest, complete your circles olives, a slice of orange and green.
