"Crunchy" salad
300 g cucumbers
250 g chicken
200 g white loaf
150 g onions
150 g cheese
3 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of green salad
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. 3% vinegar
ground black pepper
salt
Boil chicken ready, cool. Disassemble the fillets on the fiber.
Dice with a loaf of crusty, fry it until golden brown in vegetable oil, cut julienne cucumbers.
Cut the onion into half rings, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Preparation of filling: combine vegetable oil and vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic, squeezed through chesnokodavku. Stir.
Pick lettuce, add the chicken and the other prepared ingredients, add the filling, mix the "Crunchy" salad. Rusks better to add before serving, so that they are crispy.
