Armenian "borane" from beet tops
1 big bunch of beet tops
1 onions
1 clove of garlic
butter

Wash and chop the beet tops.
Finely chop the onion, fry in butter until golden brown, add tops, simmer covered for 15 minutes, stirring constantly, add salt and pepper.
