Chicken snack cake "glade"
Cakes:
500 g chicken
2 raw eggs
2/3 glass milk

Cream:
500 g frozen or fresh mushrooms
150 g mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves
2 carrots
2 onions
4 tbsp. vegetable oil

Cut chicken grinder 2 times, join with egg yolks, cream the softened butter, flour, milk, pepper, salt, add nutmeg, mix well, to introduce proteins, whipped into foam.
Pan with oil heat, cook chicken crepes with a thickness of about half a centimeter: cook, covered on one side for 5 minutes, flip and fry on the other side.
Mushrooms, wash and chop, put in another pan, put about 10 min in own juice, sunflower, pour oil, add finely chopped onion, fry without a lid until Golden, add grated on a fine grater carrots, cook for 10 minutes, allow to cool, grind it in a blender or finely chop.
Add to mushroom mixture of mayonnaise and passed through a garlic press.
Put chicken cakes at each other, lubricating mushroom cream coat with cream sides and top of cake.
Before serving Christmas buffet remove chicken snack cake "glade" in the cold for at least 6 hours and finished with egg, vegetables and herbs in the form of the clearing.
