Light salad with chicken, fruit and vegetables "Exquisite"
200 g chicken
70 g walnut kernels
70 g prunes pitted
2 tomato
1 grapefruit
sour cream
vegetable oil
pepper
salt
Peel the grapefruit peel, cloves to make out, grind the cloves from the films, put in a deep container, add the washed and steamed in hot water and chopped prunes.
Chop the walnuts, add to the prunes and grapefruit.
Chop the washed tomatoes slices, salt, add to other ingredients.
Chicken cut into medium-sized pieces, add salt and pepper, in a pan with oil and fry until cooked, add to the salad.
Fill light salad with chicken, fruit and vegetables "Refined" sour cream and serve.
