"Royal" canaps
8 boiled prawns
8 savoury crackers
1 lemon (juice)
4 tbsp. heavy cream
black pepper
parsley
salt (to taste)
Whip the cream with the lemon juice, pepper and salt.
A cracker to put whipped cream on top - the shrimp and secure with a cocktail stick.
Before serving decorate with parsley.
