The Christmas appetizer of herring, eggs and potatoes "malachite"
100 g herring fillets salt
100 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
30 ml sour cream 30%
3 eggs boiled
2 potatoes boiled
dill
black pepper
red currant/garnet
Herring fillets without skin and bones, cut into arbitrarily, put in a blender, add peeled and mashed potatoes with a fork, as prepared eggs, pepper, add the sour cream, melted butter, until smooth stir, remove for 20 min in the cold.
Chop the fennel, remove the weight from the refrigerator, wet your hands and mould with wet hands balls, bread them in the dill, spread on a flat dish.
Before submitting the Christmas appetizer of herring, eggs and potatoes "malachite" is issued currants/garnet and cooled.
