Snack vegetable cabbage
100 g cabbage
1 onions
1 carrot
1 sweet pepper
1 zucchini
2 cloves of garlic
1 Art. l. tomato puree
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. vinegar (3%)

Bake in the oven zucchini and peppers, cool and finely chop them.
Slice the cabbage, carrots and onions into cubes and fry them in vegetable oil, add the tomato puree. Then add the peppers and zucchini and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring periodically.
Add garlic, mashed with salt, pepper and season with vinegar, stir and chill.
Before serving, decorate with greens appetizer.
