Sauerkraut with carrots fast
3 kg of red or white cabbage
4 heads of garlic
4 carrots
black pepper
cumin (optional)
Marinade:
1 l water
200 g vegetable oil
200 g sugar
150 g vinegar
3 Art. l. salt
Vegetables Peel and finely chop, combine cabbage, carrots, garlic, pepper, pour the marinade boil.
Cabbage leave at room temperature for a day, then put into the refrigerator.
After one day, sauerkraut fast with carrots will be ready.
