Prawns with orange peel
450 g shrimp
150 g starch
100 g olive oil
2 chili
1 orange
2 Art. l. jam / marmalade orange
Stir jam and orange juice, chopped chili pepper rings, removing all grains, marinate the shrimp in the prepared mixture for 15-20 minutes.
Toss shrimp marinated in starch and fry in a pan with olive oil.
After 5-7 minutes, pour into the pan frying marinade of orange marmalade and give the mixture to crystallize.
Next shrimp with orange crust shifted in a salad bowl, cool and served.
