Vegetables in pita
1 Armenian lavash
2 cucumber
2 tomato
1 onions
100 g cheese
100 g the pulp of boiled chicken or boiled mushrooms
5 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
salt
Diced cucumbers, tomatoes and onions.
Finely chop the flesh of the chicken (or mushroom).
Combine ingredients, add sour cream, salt and stir.
Pita bread folded in half, put on vegetable mass, collapse pita roll, put 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Before serving, cut into serving pieces and decorate with greens.
