Toasted rolls with avocado on pita bread
10 bread corn/wheat or pita bread
3 avocado
3 cloves garlic
2 Cup vegetable oil
1 head red onion
1 tomato
1/4 Cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. cumin (powder)
1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
pepper, salt
To heat the oil in a deep frying pan.
Each avocado cut in half lengthwise, remove with a spoon bone, then remove the pulp.
All the ingredients for the filling to put in a blender, grind until smooth.
