Pate hazelnuts
200 g hazelnuts (peeled)
100 g cottage cheese
nutmeg
sour cream
ground black pepper
salt
Ignited pan, heat the nuts, then use the blender to grind.
Stir nut weight with cottage cheese and sour cream, pepper and salt, add the nutmeg, stir until smooth, using a blender to whip.
Before serving foie hazelnuts cool.
