Baby cheese rolls "Tenderness"

200 g cottage cheese

50 g chocolate

20 nuts hazelnut

10 dried figs

1 tbsp. powdered sugar

1 tbsp. sour cream

coconut

sesame

Delay 8 nuts hazelnuts for decoration.

Cottage cheese mixed with powdered sugar and sour cream.

Remove the seeds of dates, cut them into strips, knife chop the hazelnuts.

Take plastic wrap, spread out on a work surface, sprinkle sesame seeds and coconut flakes, put in the form of a rectangle curd, put the hazelnuts and dates, collapse all in a roll using film, to remove the roll in the fridge for 20 minutes

On a water bath to melt the chocolate, cut baby curd rolls "Tenderness" to pieces, wetting the knife with water, sprinkle the rolls with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate, make whole hazelnut.
