3 kg apples

950 ml vinegar 9%

750 ml water

200 g red pepper

200 g parsley

70 g garlic

50 g salt

30 g sugar

Parsley, garlic and sweet pepper wash, peel, chop, pour water and vinegar, add sugar, salt, bring to a boil.
