Spicy apples, marinated with pepper and garlic
3 kg apples
950 ml vinegar 9%
750 ml water
200 g red pepper
200 g parsley
70 g garlic
50 g salt
30 g sugar
Parsley, garlic and sweet pepper wash, peel, chop, pour water and vinegar, add sugar, salt, bring to a boil.
From apples without peeling, remove the seed box, then cut the apples arbitrarily.
To omit the apples in boiling marinade, boiled for half an hour, stirring occasionally.
Next hot mass is poured into banks and quickly rolled.
Store juicy apples, marinated with pepper and garlic in a cool place.
