Seasoning for winter Chinese
5 kg tomatoes
1 kg carrots
1 kg sour apples
1 kg onion
0.5 l vegetable oil
300 g garlic
100 g hot pepper
salt
Tomatoes twist in a meat grinder, peeled apples and carrots grate, connect and put on medium heat for 1 hour.
Finely chopped onion fry in 0.5 liters of oil, then add to preparing vegetables, cook without closing the lid, for 10 minutes.
Bitter pepper and garlic mince and add to the total weight, seasoning boiled for 5 min.
