Tomato sauce sharp
What you need:
500 g tomatoes
1 Art. l. tomato paste
1 onions - head
1 garlic - clove
1 pcs. burning green pepper
1 Art. l. olive oil
1 h. l. chopped cilantro
ground black pepper
salt
Onions and garlic finely chop, fry in butter 5 minutes without changing the color.
Add the peeled tomatoes, chopped into small cubes, tomato paste, hot pepper, cilantro, salt and pepper.
Boil the sauce over low heat for 20 minutes, so that it thickens. Hot pepper remove.
