Snails with ham

What you need:
450 g puff pastry
1 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 glass sour cream
2 Art. l. chopped dill
2 Art. l. chopped parsley
6 boiled ham - Slices
ground black pepper
salt
Divide dough into 2 pieces, roll out to a thickness of 3 mm podpylennom flour table. Mix sour cream with chopped herbs, spread on a lot of layers of dough, salt, pepper. Top lay thin slices of ham. Layers of dough roll into rolls and slice thickness of 2 cm.
Shots 2 baking paper for baking. Put them "snail" ham with a small distance from each other as they increase in baking in volume. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes at 200 � C.
Remove the "snail" out of the oven, let them cool completely, then Transfer to a dish.
