2 kg ripe tomatoes
1 l apple juice
200 g red beet juice
salt
Rinse tomatoes, scalded with boiling water, cut into pieces, rub through a sieve.
Pour the pureed tomato mass beet and apple juice, bring to a boil.
Next apple tomato juice with pulp is poured into boiling sterilized jars and rolls sterilized lids.
