The language in sour cream

Required products:

400 g beef tongue

1 onion - head

1 PCs carrots

1 glass sour cream

bayberry powder - to taste

ground black pepper - to taste

salt - to taste

Carrots and onions cut into slices.

Language fill in 0.4 l of hot water, bring to the boil, season with salt and simmer for 1 hour 20 minutes with vegetables. Then remove language from the broth, fill it with cold water and immediately peel.

Prepared language cut into thin strips, pour the sour cream, type spices and warm.

Apply language with greens.
