What you need:

4 pcs. pears

1 pcs. egg yolk

1/2 glass milk
what milk to choose? we'll show

2 h. l. potato starch



2 Art. l. sugar

100 g cookies

4 Art. l. currant jam

2 Art. l. chopped nuts

2 Art. l. cognac

1 h. l. vanilla sugar

Starch dissolve 2 tablespoons of cold milk. In the remaining milk, add sugar and bring the mixture to a boil. In the hot milk, stirring constantly, pour in the milk and starch. Warm up the mixture until thick, stirring occasionally. Add the egg yolk, mashed with vanilla sugar and stir.

Warm up weight on low heat, without boiling. Allow it to stand.

Pears, cut in half, remove the core. Fill half jam.

The bottom of a baking dish, sprinkle crumbled cookies, sprinkle it with cognac. Pear halves lay on cookies cut down. Pour the pear cream, sprinkle with nuts and bake for 2-3 minutes at 200 � C.
