100 g 4 thin pink salmon fillet on

4 eggs

4 Art. l. vegetable oil

2 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

Fish with salt and fry separately each fillet.

Beat 1 egg with a fork.

Breaded in flour 1 fillet dipped in egg, inverted several times.

In a small pan heat 1 tablespoon oil, put breaded fillets, pour on top of the remaining egg.

Fish fry for 4 minutes on one side, the same on the other.

Lay the fish on a plate with a paper towel to wipe the pan, cook the same way Brizol with pink salmon fillet of 3 more fish and eggs.
