Pancakes with minced goose
40 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1/2 pcs. egg
80 ml milk
20 g buckwheat or barley
100 g Goose meat
20 g onion
25 g butter
pepper - to taste
salt
Cooking Instructions:
Boiled goose broth or pearl barley porridge and pea puree. Porridge and mashed potatoes are combined, add chopped boiled goose, browned onions, salt and pepper. Then baked pancakes in the middle of each put stuffing, wrapped edge. Fed, watered with melted butter.
