1 sachet of yeast (dry)

2 tbsp. butter

? glass vegetable oil

salt

The milk from the heat, beat the eggs, add the yeast, sugar and salt, mix well, but do not beat.

Leave the dough for 20 minutes, then add butter and oil, stir, adding parts flour.

Bake rustic pancakes in the usual way.
