18 g yeast
2 eggs
4 cup flour

0.3 cup milk / water
4 tablespoons sugar

Knead yeast dough and put it on powdered with flour work surface, cut into 2-3 pieces, give each a round shape, then roll out the sausages with thickened center and more pointed ends.
Harness weave of 2-3 sausages and roll it, giving shape of the roll.
Lay loaf on leaf, leave for 30-40 minutes.
Before baking loaf Russian coated with egg, cooked in a preheated 210-220 degree oven for half an hour until browned and cooked.
