1.2 l cream (33% fat)
240 g strawberry Fund
200 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
200 g sugar
150 g chocolate glaze
120 g eggs
80 g Chocolate
60 g gel
10 g brandy
4 g decorations
Prepare a cake of flour, eggs and sugar, cut biscuit circle 2 cm, put into shape. Lay on top of the whipped cream with cognac and fund, smooth and cool.
Cover the surface of the cake gel, carefully remove the form.
Decorate the cake with chocolate icing in a spiral cone or plate.
The lateral surface of the cake to cover rectangular slices of chocolate.
