Cakes with chicken, potato and cheese
200 g smoked chicken/boiled
100 g medium-hard cheese
50 g Parmesan cheese
50 g butter
4 tuber potatoes boiled
2 eggs
10 tsp. sauce sweet (exotic)
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
Boil potatoes with a fork, mash, mix with 1 egg, melted butter, add salt and pepper, stir, whip.
Finely chop the chicken, RUB the cheese, beat the second egg and mix it with grated cheese, sugar, pepper and salt.
Take shape for cupcakes, grease, put in each 1 tsp. with a mountain of mashed potatoes, spread evenly so that the result is a cornet.
In the basket put the chicken, slightly compacted, put 1 teaspoon of the sauce, pour the cheese-egg mixture and place in a preheated 220 degree oven, bake for 20 minutes, then turn over, put the cakes with chicken, potato and cheese on a plate.
