Chicken in "openwork" potato
6 potato tubers
2 large chicken breasts
1 egg
1 beam parsley
100 g grated cheese
2 Art. l. flour

Chicken breasts cut into long thin strips, season with salt and pepper and a little fry in a pan with vegetable oil, not more than 3 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and grate, squeeze, combine the flour, egg and salt. Stir well for potato pancakes.
On a heated pan with vegetable oil to pour potatoes "test", spread an even layer, fry about 3 minutes over high heat, turn.
Share on half the potato pancake chicken, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs and fry for 3 minutes.
Fold the pancake in half, covered with a free side side with chicken, lightly press.
Fry a couple of minutes on both sides.
Before serving chicken in "openwork" potatoes decorated with vegetables and herbs.
