Lentil soup

1 carrots

1-2 potatoes

? glass lentils

1 l water salt

Lentils rinsed, dipped in cold water, bring to a boil.

Potatoes cut into cubes, carrot circles, add the vegetables to the soup.

Cook the soup on low heat for about half an hour.

Before serving, add to the soup with chopped parsley.
