Oat soup
70 g pitted prunes
70 g seedless raisins
50 g cream
1/3 glass oatmeal
1 Art. l. sugar
1 Art. l. butter
0.75 l water
Boil under the lid closed rinsed oats, adding to it sugar and butter.
Pour the cream and bring to a boil, then let it brew soup and rub it through a sieve.
Prunes and raisins boil separately, add oatmeal soup before serving. Post soup with croutons can be.
