Onion soup with croutons
500 g bow
100 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
100 g crackers
5 PCs yolks
1,5 l water
pepper, salt
Cleaned and washed onions finely cut, washed, dried with a napkin and fry in oil until light Golden brown. Gradually pour in the boiled water, salt, sprinkle with pepper and boil at low heat until tender. In mass pour in pre-whipped yolks, all mix, making sure the yolks are not brew.
Before serving the soup poured white crackers, toasted in butter or serve them separately.
