Beef Stroganoff with prunes
100 Beef;
50 g Cream sauce;
A few sprigs of parsley and dill
A few fruits prunes
Salt
Boiled beef cut into small cubes and folded in a saucepan, pour sour cream sauce and salt. On low heat, simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes, and then, before serving, add in the beef Stroganoff finely chopped herbs and prunes.
