Omelette "Africa"
600 g carrots
400 g milk
4 eggs
4 tbsp. grated hard cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. orange juice
salt
Boil and clean the carrots.
Beat eggs, add milk and flour, cheese and juice, salt and combine with carrot puree.
Pour mixture into the pan and cook the omelet until tender.
