Rosehip jam with sea buckthorn
1 kg wild rose
0.5 kg buckthorn
0.5 kg sugar
0.5 kg water
Rinse and dry sea-buckthorn, every hips cut in half, remove the seeds.
Place the berries in jars layers.
Next canning is done as follows: berries in banks flooded made from water and sugar hot syrup cans rolled lids.
Then the banks need to wrap a blanket and so cool.
