Thin pancakes

1 glass flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

4 eggs

2 tbsp. sugar

2-3 tbsp. butter

2 glass milk

salt

Mash the yolks with butter until smooth.

Add to the yolks sugar or powdered sugar and spread the mixture with milk.

Gradually stir in the flour mixture, stirring well.

Add beaten egg whites and salt.

Bake thin pancakes.
