2000 g butter

120 g sugar dough
120 g wheat flour
100 g grated chocolate
8 eggs for test
6 egg cream

Dough: egg yolks with sugar until it is completely dissolved, increase the weight by 2-3 times in volume, add the flour, mix thoroughly, gradually introduce proteins, pre-whipped in stable foam.
Bake cakes 4-5, the same size, cool.
Cooking cream: chocolate pound of eggs and sugar in a water bath (until thick), slightly cool, add the butter, beaten-hot, dissolved in hot water vanilla.
Cooked cream cakes grease, put them on each other. The sides of the cake and fluff cream, decorate the cake as desired.
